I was not satisfied, I never received that book but it was deducted from my account, and I was not happy. I also e-mailed the person I purchased it from and they never responded to the 2 e-mails I sent. Thanks

I ordered this book in late july and it is now mid september and I still have no book. I have tried contacting this compant and have gotten no where with it!! I will never purchase through amazon again. And in the above spot where I had to rate this review with a star, I couldn;t go on unless one was marked, I would have rated it ZERO.

Firstly, I received no tracking information and I shipped this product as I always have (USPS) which has almost always given me a tracking number. After nearly two weeks of waiting for this book I sent an email inquiry to this company through Amazon’s interface but heard nothing. After another day I sent another note (this one not so kind and threatening to escalate if no response was made in a day) and then finally received the book the next day. Just for a reference, I ordered the second book of the two I needed for my class on the same day and the second book was received within 3 days (obviously not through this company). Of course, once the book was received I received an email from this company asking me how my experience was and that they hope I’ll return… To return the courtesy, I didn’t respond and will not be returning.
